Returns & Exchanges

NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER? 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements. 

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn and in brand new condition.  
• All tags intact.
• For swimwear orders, hygiene sticker must be in place.
• Free from makeup, residue, marks etc...

 

HOW DO I RETURN? 

For returns and exchanges, simply enter our returns portal HERE and follow the instructions.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receipt back to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once received and a second email once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Once your refund has processed, it may take 3-4 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
