EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
DON'T WORRY BABE - WE ACCEPT RETURNS!
If you wish to return your item/items, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.
We accept returns provided that:
- Garments must be unworn & in original condition
- Garments must be still fitted with all tags & labels
- Garments are free of any perfume odour
- Garments don't have any makeup marks / fake tan
UK ORDERS: Return within 14-days of receipt
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Return within 30-days of receipt
How can I return?
We do our returns online (yay!)
Email us at email@example.com enquiring that you wish to return an item
We will send you our ONLINE returns form for you to fill in along with our returns address.
Please handle the garments with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition,
We recommend returning your items via a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We aren't responsible for any return import fees.
**We do not accept returns on sale items
I need a different size, how can I exchange?
If you require a different size, please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the new size you’d like. We will then provide you with our returns address and will post out your exchange.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process returns within 2-3 working days upon we receive the delivery. You will receive an e-mail confirming your parcel is in our returns centre awaiting your refund being processed.
Once your refund / exchange has been processed we will send you a secondary e-mail with confirmation. We try our best to keep consistent communication and updates with our customers. (Please note, some e-mails do go to the junk or spam folder)
Please note: Once the refund is processed it can take 5-7 working days for the funds to appear back and be credited on your bank statement.
Can I get my shipping fees back?
Any original shipping fees / return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part.
In the rare circumstance that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us as soon as you can, and we will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I still return my item if there is make-up on the garments/ the tags have been removed?
We can only able to accept returns back in the immaculate condition they were received in. This includes tags intact, no stains or marks, or perfume odour.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
We're unable to cover return postage costs, Please hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
I have received a faulty item.
We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process. Please send us a message so we can organise for another replacement to be sent to you!
I have received an incorrect item in my order
We're really sorry if we've made a mistake with your order. Please send us a message so we can fix this for you right away.
